Understand Penis Size

Introduction

Over the last 20 years the issue of "size" has been heavily debated in many academic and research forums.

Although it is not exactly clear on the exact average measurement of the human penis, most recent studies have placed the average male size between 6-7 inches in length. An older study by done by The Kinsey Institute of Sexual Research Studies in the 1950's, found the average erect size to be approximately 16 cm (6.4 in), however more recent and comprehensive studies have placed the average size at a slightly larger variable. A 2006, University of Michigan study of 3000 measured by medical staff), found the average erect size to be 17 cm (6.7 in) is noted to be more accurate then older studies such as KIRS study. Furthermore a worldwide study conducted by Playboy Magazine and Trojan collectively found the average to be 16.76 cm (6.6 in) inches when erect and 11.17 cm (4.4 in) when flaccid (soft).
