Working With Your Muscles, Not Against Them

The main use for attractive muscle is as a turn on during sex, but it can also be used easily as a way of attraction. Women like muscle simply because of the primal urge for a healthy man who can bear her strong children. While we've lost that way of thinking, the primal urge is still there.

There are a lot of things that you shouldn't do while attempting to grasp the attention of the a girl of interest. First off, don't wear a "muscle tee" and fake yawn every three seconds with the idea of stretching your arms to show triceps. Girls can see straight through that crap. Here's the number one thing you can remember about muscles, and that is that they are meant to be seen, NOT SHOWN. Meaning that if you intend to turn a girl on with muscles, go for a shirtless opening. For example, at a swimming pool or some other activity in which you expose parts of your body that you are proud of.

Wearing tight shirts can be a good displayer of muscular tonme. Not only does it show off all of your contours, but if your sleeves are too small, then it makes your biceps seem bigger then they are. Now, this doesn't mean you should walk around in a wife beater; try to be subtle.

Remember this as well. Girls like big muscles, but they don't give a flying fuck how much you can bench press. Seriously, they don't care if you can curl your mom, if they can't tell, then it doesn't matter.
