The solution may be made of many different liquids, chemicals, fragrances, ect. A douche can also be in the form of a enema bag, tube and a nozzle. How is it used? A douche is used by inserting the nozzle into the vagina and squeezing the container so the liquid solution is injected into the vagina. This should be done with even pressure on the container. After the liquid is out of the douche, the liquid should be held in the vagina for 1-5 minutes. After that time, the liquid should be squeezed out using the vaginal muscle into a toilet.
