Do 69

69 is an oral sex position where both partners both give and receive oral sex at the same time.

Methods

69 can be done lying down by either laying face-to-face on top of each other or laying side by side facing each other. A more strenuous way is to have one partner stand upside down while the other stands facing him or her right side up. The upside down partner can be supported by the right side up partner. This position can be difficult for partners that are not similar in height. Both partners then proceed to give each other oral sex simultaneously. Feel free to remain using foreplay during the oral sex and to use your hands. For woman giving oral sex to a man, if your mouth feels tired feel free to masturbate him for a while and catch your breath. It is very intimate for the partner on the bottom of two partners lying on top of each other to grab a hold of the top partner's butt so that their genitals are in closer and deeper contact with your face. The partner on top can support themselves by having both arms support their upper body by pressing against the bed or whatever surface on both sides of their partner or by resting their entire body on top of their partner.

If there is a female present, because of the angle that the partner gets from either laying under or on top of a female, the clitoris is more easily reachable than the lips or vaginal opening. This makes the female's partner focus more on the clitoris and for longer periods of time which can be quite enjoyable for females who prefer clitoral stimulation and clitoral orgasms.

If a male partner is present, because of the angle they are in, his frenulum may rub against the ridges of the roof of the performing partner's mouth, providing a different sensation than normal fellatio.

For oral sex where one partner has a penis (either real or strap on) it is better to have the non-penis on top so that she can control how deep her partner's penis enters her mouth so she does not gag. If both partners have penises then the top partner should make sure that they are not accidentally restricting the bottom partner from moving his or her mouth away to get air, if necessary.
